In this role, you will:
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management.
- Be a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in day-to-day health and safety management, as well as safety auditing.
- Assist with project closeout processes and documentation, ensuring expectations are met to receive approval to close the project.
- Work with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs issued to the client.
- Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximize opportunities.
- Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners.
- Liaise with key partners in QA, Commissions, and EHS to ensure excellent project delivery.
- Manage and track all costs associated with the project, including labour, materials, plant and equipment, variations, and valuations.
- Oversee sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and labour levels.
- Lead overall construction efforts as part of a client team, with a focus on logistics and handover.
- Monitor daily activities in the field, manage information flow, and report issues arising from progress, quality, and safety.

- Are an experienced construction manager on large-scale projects with increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Have a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar discipline.
- Have strong knowledge of the full design and construction process.
- Possess a professional certification or are seeking one; we can assist.
- Have a proven track record of coordinating and managing large projects successfully.
- Are capable of mobilizing people and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Are effective at building good working relationships within complex structures across projects, clients, and internal partners.
