(Senior) Computer Vision Scientist

I am partnering with a specialty pharmaceutical and health-tech company that develops and manufactures medicines and medical solutions focused especially on gastrointestinal diseases and advanced clinical tools.

The Job

Computer Vision & AI Scientist needed to join a high-impact AI research team within a globally active healthcare technology organization.

This role focuses on advancing state-of-the-art deep learning and computer vision solutions for real-world clinical applications. The team develops AI systems embedded in medical hardware used internationally, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to design and deploy advanced AI solutions.
• Develop, train, and evaluate deep learning models for complex image and video analysis tasks.
• Design rigorous experimental frameworks and benchmarking strategies on large‑scale datasets.
• Stay current with advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and medical imaging research.
• Contribute to scientific publications and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Support integration of AI models into production systems and hardware platforms.
• Maintain high code quality standards through peer reviews and reproducible research practices.
• MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred, especially in CV/ML/Medical Imaging)
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in deep learning and computer vision (industry and/or academia)
• Experience with detection, segmentation, tracking, and classification tasks
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• Solid software development practices (version control, collaborative development workflows)
