A leading data center operator based in Italy is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel Compliance to act as the local compliance lead. You will ensure the integration of the Group's global ethics strategy with Italian regulations, oversee compliance of new subsidiaries, and maintain a culture of integrity. Candidates should have 6-8+ years of experience in compliance or legal in a multinational company and be fluent in Italian and English. A solid understanding of Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 is required.
