For our Milan-based subsidiary, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee commercial operations in accordance with established standards.

• Develop and implement optimal commercial processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimal commercial processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Support reporting initiatives by contributing to the setup and ongoing improvement of reporting systems (Italian & IFRS GAAP).

Qualifications

• Native Italian language skills and fluency in English.
• Experience in financial due diligence, business valuation, and project management in long-term projects.
• Proven analytical skills and experience with reporting, including setup and ongoing improvement of reporting systems (Italian & IFRS GAAP).
• Familiarity with the Italian Tax System is desirable.
