At Head Sportswear, we’re looking for a Senior Collection Merchandiser to join our team and play a key role in shaping our SPW collections.
Passionate and solid experience in perfomance apparel is requested; a special focus in snow and cycling segments is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive the merchandising strategy across apparel collections
• Build and manage collection briefs, merchandising plans aligned with brand and business goals
• Define the collection architecture (pricing, segmentation, range balance) to meet margin targets and consistency of the collection
• Collaborate closely with design, development, brand and sales throughout the product creation process
• Translate market trends, competitor insights, and consumer needs into actionable product direction
• Monitor sell-in & sell-out performance and optimize future collections
• Support go-to-market with selling tools
What we’re looking for
• 5–6 years of experience in collection merchandising in perfomance apparel
• Strong background in snow and/or cycling categories
• Solid understanding of the product lifecycle
• Analytical mindset with a sharp product eye
• Collaborative, hands-on, and comfortable in an international environment

Position Details
- Location: Milan
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent (Contratto a tempo indeterminato)
- RAL: €50.000 - 55.000
