About The Job
As a Senior Client Advisor , you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, guiding them across the Brand and ensuring the best Client Experience for every Client’s journey within the Brand. You will be a role model to the team supporting your Management Team in operational duties to strive for Operational Excellence within the Store.
Job responsibilities
Be an Exceptional Client Advisor, and a Clienteler Role Model for the Team
- Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their sales
- Support and Elevate Client Experience and Clienteling opportunities in Store, establishing a Client Centric Mindset within the Team
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term Client relationships
Proactively Support Team Managers in Driving the Business
- Assist Management in daily operations to reach operational excellence within the Store: floor management, stock operations, and opening / closing duties
- Support Managers in developing their teams through training, mentoring, shadowing and tutoring activities
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s policies and provide support to Client Advisors when needed
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
Profile
- Strong and effective communication and listening skills
- High level of clienteling
- Excellent client experience deliveryUnderstand the business priority and store dynamics
- Strong organizational skills and agility
- Fluent Italian and English
