As the service to the Customers is at the heart of this role, ensuring a high level of listening abilities, Maison and product knowledge is vital to achieve an unforgettable brand experience for the clients and increase the sales. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You will actively uphold operational excellence in mastering the Panerai Selling Ceremony You will demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities You will ensure a tailor-made Client and prospects follow-up and maintain high quality service to your client portfolio You will support after-sales clients with helpful solutions in accordance with Maison procedures You will become a brand ambassador and build a network of high potential clients HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
