ColonnaCaramanti is seeking outstanding talent: a Chartered Accountant with 8/10 years of practice in high-level professional boutiques or leading audit firms, inspired by a Firm grounded in independence, tenacity, empathy and long-term vision, and motivated to contribute to its next phase of growth.

We seek a professional with depth, judgment and intellectual curiosity, ready to lead complex tax engagements and to bring cross-practice awareness to tax advisory in all its dimensions. The role includes the structuring of corporate and group taxation, cross-border matters, and the preparation and review of complex tax returns for companies, consolidated groups and high-standing individuals with international assets.

The position involves significant exposure to corporate accounting, statutory and consolidated financial statements, group tax compliance and a progressive role in governance-related activities, including appointments in statutory audit boards and supervisory bodies, transfer pricing documentation/dispute, valuations and expert opinion/witness expert opinion.

You will work closely with the Partners while progressively taking responsibility for client relationships, coordination of teams and mentoring of junior professionals. The role offers increasing involvement in business development and in shaping the Firm’s growth. A personal client portfolio is not required.
