Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Career Consultant located in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Career Consultant will be responsible for providing career counseling, developing career management strategies, and assisting with career development. The role involves working with professionals to guide their career paths and providing comprehensive career management services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Career Consulting, Career Development, and Career Management 10Y+
- Proven experience in the outplacement sector
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in HR or consulting roles is a plus
- Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
