Senior Business Partner - Operations Central Functions , Employee Experience & Relations
As the EU EXR Business Partner, you will shape employee experience and labor relations strategies for multiple EU populations. You serve as a trusted advisor to senior Operations leaders, translating business priorities into compliant, people-centered strategies. You will manage EU-wide risk, regulatory compliance, and change initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to scale impact. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery to improve employee experience and labor relations at scale.

Develop end-to-end ELR strategies grounded in local regulation and workforce dynamics across the EU
Advise VPs on labor relations risk, compliance obligations, and employee experience opportunities with data-backed recommendations
Identify and mitigate pan-EU ER risk using risk frameworks, listening mechanisms, site assessments, and analytics
Design and scale employee experience interventions across customer groups, including site visits and pilot-testing with local ER partnerships
Navigate EU labor legislation changes and advise on compliance implications for strategic projects
Lead through influence during organizational changes and crises with coordinated, legally sound responses
Drive coherence across diverse populations with tailored approaches under a pan-EU framework
Partner with PxT, Legal, L&D, GOLD, and Operations Corporate teams to build capability and cohesive experiences across touchpoints
EU multi-country experience in Employee Experience or Labor Relations
Fluency in English (C2)
Proven track record building advisory relationships with executive stakeholders (Director level+)
Experience leading organizational change across multiple countries in a complex, matrixed organization
Ability to use data and business metrics to inform EXR strategy and recommendations
