Senior Business Developer

Location: Cadoneghe, Padova, Italy

Unox, a market leader in the production of high‑end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work in Europe, is looking for a Senior Business Developer to join its Unox Casa division. Unox Casa is the most innovative brand in the luxury tech appliances sector, experiencing strong national and international expansion. Our mission is to transform the high‑end furniture and kitchen industry by integrating artificial intelligence, the expertise of top Michelin‑starred chefs, and advanced technologies never before applied in the domestic space.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement commercial strategies aimed at growing the brand.
  • Manage and expand a network of high‑end kitchen dealers, design studios, showrooms, and real‑estate developers.
  • Forge partnerships with architects, interior designers, and real‑estate developers to position the brand in the most exclusive projects.
  • Finalize selective commercial agreements, offering training, consultancy, and support to partners.
  • Represent the brand at events, fairs, and strategic initiatives to consolidate its prestige.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies, leveraging social media, influencer marketing, PR, and targeted campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, International Business, or related fields with a strong strategic orientation.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development roles focused on luxury contract projects in the kitchen and furniture sector.
  • Experience in positioning high‑end brands with innovative commercial strategies.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional foreign language.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, relational and negotiation skills. High availability for frequent travel both in Italy and abroad.
