Responsabilità

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering in an industrial or technology multinational


• Master in Finance (or related field); professional qualifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus


• Experience supporting international/cross-border operations with multi-currency environments and transfer pricing


• Proven ability as a trusted sparring partner to senior commercial leaders in fast-moving contexts


• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to translate data into executive-ready insights


• Experience evaluating infrastructure investments and/or M&A financial screening in an industrial B2B context


• Excellent SAP and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI/analytics platforms is a plus


• Experience in matrix organizations with global reporting structures; knowledge of NEMA/industrial markets is advantageous


• Fluency in English; US work authorization if based in the US
