What impact will you make?

As a Senior Business Consultant within Bizzdesign’s Professional Services department, you will guide clients in the functional adoption of our products.

Acting as a strategic partner, you will help them define the most suitable methodology for their specific use case, providing functional consulting and methodological support throughout the project lifecycle.


What will you do?

Working independently or as part of a project team, you will support our clients in implementing Business Process Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices and driving their transformation initiatives:

  • As a true Business Analyst of our solutions, you guide clients through the definition of their needs, the specification and implementation of solutions, and the change management activities required for success
  • As an ambassador of Bizzdesign methodology, you advise clients on methodological choices in the adoption of our solutions and for structuring their organization around them
  • You contribute to functional activities (information gathering, workshop facilitation, model creation, etc.) to support users in transformation projects involving our suite of solutions
  • As a trusted partner to your clients, you proactively identify opportunities to deliver added value and contribute to the success and growth of your engagement


You will join a team of highly skilled, resourceful, and innovative individuals.

You will help customers build or improve their Business Process Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices.


Your main role will be to guide them in defining methodologies, documenting requirements and goals, and supporting them closely during mapping activities on the HOPEX platform.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in consulting or within a software vendor, ideally in one domain between EA, BPA or GRC
  • You hold a master’s degree or equivalent work experience in business management, computer science/IT, or a related field
  • You're a native Italian speaker and confident in both spoken and written English
  • You have practical knowledge of frameworks and methodologies used in one or more of the following domains: Business Process Analysis, Enterprise Architecture or Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • You enjoy working with clients and can adapt your message to different audiences
  • You are organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team
  • You bring curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in helping organizations make better decisions through structured transformation
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office suite and other project management productivity tools (Gantt, Kanban etc)

Recruitment process

  • 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
  • 2nd Interview with one of our regional Professional Services Consultants (1 hour)
  • 3rd Interview with our regional Professional Services Director (1 hour)
  • A last interview with one of our VP focused on team fit, mindset, and what drives you (30min)
