Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Telecommunication Business Analyst to join our IT Demand Management Team .
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our Connectivity Business Unit and IT, managing all demands and requirements that impact IT systems. You will own these requests from initial intake through to delivery and roll‑out.
Operating in a dynamic international environment , you will play a critical role in bridging business needs and IT delivery capabilities. Your mission is to ensure that strategic priorities are clearly understood, properly structured, and ready for execution, enabling seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the IT demand pipeline for a specific business domain, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Collect and evaluate new demand requests, validating their strategic alignment, expected benefits, scope, and timing
- Conduct Business Analyst activities during early‑stage project definition, including requirements gathering and initial scoping
- Organize and facilitate demand intake workshops with IT architects and business leads
- Maintain demand tracking and documentation in JIRA, ensuring accuracy and transparency across teams
- Support prioritization and governance processes by preparing decision‑making inputs, value assessments, and business cases
- Collaborate with IT solution architects and delivery teams to assess technical feasibility and resource needs
- Provide clear, consistent updates on demand status, milestones, and interdependencies to leadership and stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of experience in IT demand management, business analysis, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of telecommunications systems; prior experience with a satellite telecom operator is a strong plus
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and contribute to early‑stage project scoping
- Experience working with cross‑functional and international teams in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English; Italian and/or French are plus
- Proficiency in demand/project management tools such as JIRA
