Job description:

Role Overview: In this role, you will be a strategic and innovative thinker passionate about data analysis, managing and optimizing central R&D processes, creating transparency on project execution, and driving impactful business decisions. You will also develop innovative digital solutions in collaboration with headquarters and R&D stakeholders across locations in an agile environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Harnessing data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted digital solutions to enhance R&D efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leading process improvement projects as a Scrum Master from concept to implementation to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and increase transparency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Working with cross-functional teams to drive cultural change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
• Developing and maintaining KPIs to measure R&D performance and support strategic decisions.

You should have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, a strong focus on execution, and problem-solving capabilities. You thrive in global, intercultural environments, building strong relationships. You are adaptable, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly across different levels.

Ideal qualifications include:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in business process improvement and data analytics projects, especially in analysis, data visualization, and data engineering/architecture.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Python, SQL, and visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira & Confluence.
• Certification as a Scrum Master.
• Fluency in English (mandatory), with German a plus.
