SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Role

We are seeking a strategic professional capable of understanding business needs and translating them into concrete application solutions, actively supporting the technological development of the organization. The person will join the Business Analysis team, becoming the company’s point of reference for all innovation projects, with a focus on implementing the new management system.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the technological development of the business, contributing to the definition and implementation of the long-term strategy.
  • Analyze business requests and design application solutions aligned with company needs and sector regulations.
  • Collaborate with key department directors to identify business needs, understanding and leveraging data from the multi-utility sector to support strategic decisions and guide process evolution.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into consistent application developments.

Technical Skills

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in analyzing business needs and designing application solutions.
  • Ability to read and understand operational and managerial data in the sector.
  • Understanding of data from multi-utilities.
  • Passion for application assets and openness to emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of the energy and / or multi-utility sector (preferential requirement).

  • Direct employment with the client;
  • Gross annual salary €45,000 - €55,000;
