Senior Brand & Customer Manager (Sr. B&CM) – Job Description

We are recruiting a dynamic, passionate, and highly driven Senior Brand & Customer Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for New Products within the Atherosclerosis Franchise.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Lead L3 Next launch readiness planning for selected assets from Phase II–III of clinical development.
  • Shape pre‑launch strategies that proactively address local market opportunities and the evolving competitive environment.
  • Monitor and steer L3 Next activities across critical milestones to ensure flawless execution and full launch readiness.
  • Act as a strategic integrator, partnering closely with Market Access, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Policy & Communication, Clinical Research, Business Unit, and other key functions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and customer ecosystem, continuously analyzing market dynamics, unmet needs, and competitive trends to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Create and deliver high‑impact presentations at national and international level.
  • Drive launch excellence by ensuring standardization of local and regional processes and deliverables.

Customer Relationships

  • Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with key scientific leaders and relevant scientific societies.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs for early and continuous insights from local expert forums and national advisory boards, translating scientific input into strategic guidance.

Business Operations

  • Collaborate proactively with Customer Engagement, Business Services, CORE, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Public Affairs & Policy, Medical Affairs, Finance, Clinical Research, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Serve as key interface with international and regional launch teams.
  • Collaborate with international Digital & Data teams to support localization of consumer and HCP campaigns.
  • Operate with the highest standards of integrity and compliance, adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

  • University degree; advanced degree (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical marketing environment.
  • Mandatory previous experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
  • Proven experience in product launch activities from pre‑launch through commercialization.
  • Exposure to additional support functions and international experience a strong asset.
  • Sales or Account Management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • High level of digital and technology savviness.
  • Fluency in Italian and English required.
  • Demonstrated leadership mindset.
