Job Description Summary

Role

The Senior Statistician provides statistical and methodological input to plan, conduct, analyze, and interpret results for studies in Phases I-IV, including submissions across various therapeutic areas, encompassing both medical device and drug settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete tasks within specified timelines and quality standards.
• Supervise biostatisticians' tasks.
• Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans.
• Write statistical methodology and results sections of reports.
• Contribute to the design and review of Protocols and Case Report Forms.
• Train staff and clients on statistical principles.
• Review statistical analyses, tables, figures, and listings for clinical trials.
• Perform sample size calculations.
• Develop Blind Review plans and reports.
• Contribute to statistical sections of scientific articles.
• Support client presentations and manage technical communications as lead statistician.
• Create SAS programs for dataset and TLF validation.
• Participate in DMC / DSMB meetings and related activities.
• Review analysis dataset specifications.
• Perform additional activities as required.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

At least 3 years of experience in Biostatistics.

Technical Competencies & Soft Skills

• SAS Programming: Good
• Broad range of statistical methodology skills: Very Good
• ICH E9 Statistical Principles for Clinical Trials: Very Good
