Senior Backend Engineer

Remote-first (Italy preferred)

We are looking for a backend engineer who deeply understands how systems work under the hood.

This role focuses on building and evolving high-performance financial infrastructure powering instant trading and crypto-native financial products.

This is strictly a backend role.

What You’ll Work On

• High-throughput C#/.NET backend services
• Real-time trading workflows
• Event-driven architectures
• Stateful systems and persistent connections
• Performance optimization and concurrency management
• Low-latency APIs and financial flows
• Scalable distributed systems

What We Expect

• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET internals
• Solid understanding of memory management (stack vs heap)
• Concurrency, multi-threading, async patterns
• Experience building real-time or low-latency systems
• Understanding of TCP / HTTP / WebSockets
• Experience in fintech, trading, crypto or banking systems
• Strong ownership mindset
