Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into code to create, improve, and maintain high‑quality software.
- Promote the adoption of best practices to elevate code quality and solution effectiveness, positively influencing engineering culture.
- Write, test, and maintain scalable and high‑performance code in an Agile environment.
- Design solutions independently and actively contribute to their development, providing innovative ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and resolve bugs through testing to ensure a stable and reliable product.
Qualifications
- At least 4–5 years of proven experience in backend development.
- Solid knowledge of Java and the Spring Framework.
- Good knowledge of Kotlin or a strong interest in learning it.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and non‑relational databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures, REST APIs, and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ/AMQP, Kafka, SQS).
- Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Nice to have: Experience with Docker and containerization, Kubernetes, React.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
