Overview
For one of our leading consulting client, we are looking for a senior Lead Generation & Outbound Marketing consultant to support and scale B2B acquisition initiatives for our clients and internal growth.
This is a true consulting role : high autonomy, outcome-driven, and focused on qualified pipeline impact — not task execution under supervision.
What you’ll work on
- Design and implement B2B lead generation strategies with a strong outbound focus
- Build and optimize multichannel outreach systems (email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows)
- Define ICPs, segmentation logic, and lead qualification frameworks
- Improve funnel performance: lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Audit and optimize existing client acquisition systems
- Translate business goals into concrete, measurable acquisition plans
- Support and mentor junior team members when needed
- Contribute to internal playbooks and service development
What we’re looking for
- Proven senior experience in B2B lead generation and outbound marketing
- Strong consulting mindset: you diagnose, prioritize, and execute
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
- Solid command of CRM-SALESFORCE and marketing automation tools
- Comfortable working directly with clients and challenging assumptions
- Agency or consulting experience is a strong plus
Engagement details
- Contract: Freelance / Independent contractor- eventually transforming into permanent role
- Commitment: Ongoing collaboration
- Location: hybrid
- Compensation: Day rate or monthly retainer, based on experience and scope
