How you will create an impact

• Drive profitable growth in Aviation by underwriting new and renewal business.
• Work closely with brokers to communicate risk appetite, negotiate pricing and deal structure.
Expand business by building broker network, attending events and targeting cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide high standard customer service, mentor and train junior underwriters.

What you need to succeed

• Proven underwriting experience with aviation knowledge.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Customer and sales oriented behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused.
• Interest in mentoring; willingness to learn training if new to role.
