Take Off creative team is looking for a Senior Art Director to join the Milan team. We are looking for a visual culture enthusiast capable of translating client’s visions from concept to execution across all channels and all project phases.
Core responsibilities
- Translating client briefs into compelling visual narratives enhancing client’s brand identity
- Bringing fresh and innovative creative inputs aligned with contemporary trends and values
- Crafting creative concepts and decks and supervise creative projects from idea to execution
- Excellent project management skills and collaboration skills across Take Off different teams (Production, Art, Account team) and clients’ teams
- Excellent attention to detail in all visual outputs and client communication
Hard Skills
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, good knowledge of Video editing/ Motion & Animation basics, working practice in prompting AI assisted tools for image and video generation
- Expertise in photography, video or graphic design
- Proficiency in English and Italian
Soft Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Adaptability: navigating changing priorities, technologies and trends with agility
- Teamwork: a team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and balances feedback with empathy and professionalism under pressure
- Initiative and problem solving attitude under constraints (time, budget, or client requirements)
Must-Haves
- Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or related field.
- Experience: a minimum of 2–3 years in a mid-senior role
- Contemporary Portfolio: a strong body of work demonstrating conceptual depth, brand consistency and multi-channel execution
- Cultural Awareness: up to date with fashion ecosystem and lifestyle trends, pop culture and emerging digital formats
- AI working knowledge (familiarity for integrating AI in campaigns and moodboards)
