About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Area Manager to join our Sales team. The role is responsible for driving the development and performance of all sales activities within the assigned region, with a strong focus on launching and expanding new product lines of automatic machinery for the Home and Personal Care sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy – Execute the commercial strategy for new machinery lines, managing the full sales cycle to achieve budgeted targets and expand market presence in the Home and Personal Care segment.
  • Business Development – Identify market opportunities and customer needs, contribute to the design, positioning and promotion of innovative automation solutions aligned with the company’s growth strategy, maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, manage direct client relationships and coordinate with local agents to ensure consistent and effective sales execution.
  • Collaborate with product development and technical teams to assess client requirements, support technical discussions and prepare tailored commercial proposals that reflect the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Work closely with regional colleagues to define and implement commercial strategies in the assigned area.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Technical background (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Automation) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in industrial automation and packaging machinery for the Home and Personal Care industry.
  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar sales role in the automatic machinery sector with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
