International architecture and design studio is seeking senior architects with advanced AI expertise for the role of Project Director / Project Lead.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8–10 years of experience as an architect in a reputed architectural firm or construction company
- Proven track record on medium- to large-scale international projects
- Advanced knowledge of tools applied to architecture and design
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the construction industry
- Proficiency in BIM
- Parametric design and advanced visualisation tools
- Business English
