Role

Senior Architect with proven experience, strong leadership in design and strategic management of projects.

Responsibilities

• Define the design vision for projects, ensuring architectural excellence, technical coherence and quality execution.
• Supervision of all project phases – from conception to execution – managing internal teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Mentorship of junior colleagues, contributing to the development of internal competencies and group growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related disciplines.
• 12–15 years of experience on complex architectural projects (mixed use, directional, hospitality, residential, retail).
• Strong capability to lead architectural concepts and masterplans.
• Deep knowledge of Italian and international regulations, approval processes and technical standards.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (structural, mechanical, sustainability, landscape, interior).
• Excellent BIM knowledge and ability to integrate into advanced digital workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and public speaking.
• Ability to interface with corporate and institutional clients, managing timelines, deliverables and expectations.
• Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
• Logistical availability at our office in Rome.
