Senior Analytics Engineer

As Analytics Engineer within the AI & Data function, you bridge Data Management and Analytics to turn raw data into trusted, analytics-ready datasets. You will build KPI definitions, semantic models, and data products across domains to feed dashboards and reports. You’ll work autonomously across multiple brands, onboarding new data domains, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure reliable, well-governed data products at pace. This role combines technical data wrangling with business collaboration to enable data-driven insights at scale. Design and build robust dbt models on Databricks transforming ingested data into clean datasets Define and implement KPI logic with stakeholders ensuring consistent definitions Maintain and evolve the semantic/presentation layer with reliable, tested, documented data products Apply software engineering practices to analytics code (version control, testing, CI/CD, documentation) Independently onboard new data domains (e.g. marketing attribution, product usage, customer care, subscription data) Engage business partners to validate context, align KPI definitions, and resolve data quality issues Act as a bridge between data engineers and analysts, translating needs into engineering tasks Ensure presentation layer meets reporting and self-service requirements Contribute to data governance through naming conventions, lineage, and model cataloguing Support expansion of analytics coverage to new brands and domains over time 5+ years in analytics engineering or related data role Strong dbt proficiency (dbt Core or dbt Cloud) Experience with Databricks (or Snowflake/BigQuery) Solid understanding of dimensional modeling or data warehousing patterns SQL excellence including complex transformations and window functions Ability to work autonomously across multiple data domains with limited documentation Strong analytical mindset to interrogate data and validate logic Excellent communication with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and explain data concepts As Analytics Engineer within the AI & Data function, you bridge Data Management and Analytics to turn raw data into trusted, analytics-r…
