Role and responsibilities
Join Avvale in a dynamic area that bridges business and technology, ensuring that business processes are translated into effective and added value innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to perform requirements analysis (in terms of: stakeholder engagement, as-is process analysis, to-be process design, and definition of functional and non-functional requirements);
- Ability to perform functional analysis (in terms of stakeholder engagement, drafting analysis documents with graphical mockups);
- Ability to design a logical-functional application model;
- Ability to draft meeting minutes , lead analysis meetings, and identify the appropriate approach for the specific context;
- Ability to manage, plan, and execute tests related to the relevant analysis;
- Ability to coordinate and provide guidance to the development team regarding the relevant analysis;
- Ability to properly plan analysis and testing activities and meet deadlines;
- Ability to prepare material for classroom and eLearning training;
- Knowledge of tools to perform the activities described above and use of tools to accelerate productivity;
- Basic knowledge of logical-application architectures based on modern technologies;
- Fluent written and spoken English ($\ge$ C1);
- Willingness to travel to the Customer's premises when necessary;
- 4–6 years of experience.
Scope of Application for the Required Skills:
- Cross-sector back-office and front-office business processes;
- Functional solutions for web and mobile solutions;
- Application maintenance services.
Required skills
- Requirements and/or Functional Analysis , depending on project needs;
- Flexibility to cover the role across multiple projects simultaneously;
- Drafting requirements and functional documentation;
- Coordinating developers within the scope of the relevant analysis;
- Involving architects/developers for necessary verifications during the analysis phases;
- Drafting and executing tests;
- Preparing classroom or eLearning training material;
- Service Manager / support in managing application maintenance services;
- Tutoring activities for knowledge transfer and training of junior team members;
- Support in drafting proposals and tender responses.
Nice to have
- PMI, ITIL, or Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, PSPO);
- Aptitude for understanding technical analysis;
- Knowledge of Odoo ;
- Knowledge of Commerce flows ;
- Familiarity with PIM/DAM and CIAM tools (e.g., SAP CDC).
