Shop Circle, a fast‑growing AI‑driven B2B software holding company on a mission to power the digital infrastructure of modern enterprises, is looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join its central AI team, designing and deploying AI features end‑to‑end across high‑traffic SaaS products.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement AI features end‑to‑end across the product portfolio, working with business unit owners and product managers from problem framing through to production.
- Ensure reliability of AI systems by implementing validation, error handling, fallbacks, and human‑in‑the‑loop escalation for high‑risk actions.
- Set up monitoring and observability for features and agents in production, capturing failure modes and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- You have 6–8 years of solid experience in Software Engineering.
- You hold a strong academic background in a technology‑related field.
- You are highly proficient in Python, with experience building and deploying solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents in production environments.
- You have a practical mindset, with a proven track record of turning AI prototypes into production‑ready solutions.
- You are fluent in English, the primary language across the business.
- Experience with Node.js and business‑oriented thinking on AI ROI and impact.
