Senior Admissions Manager

We are looking for a Senior Admissions Manager who is passionate about building relationships as much as about strategy—a person who can represent the school with warmth, intelligence and ambition, and help drive sustainable enrolment growth by connecting families with everything that makes this school exceptional.
What You Will Lead Admissions strategy
Define the school’s admissions strategy aligned to growth objectives
Own end‑to‑end admissions performance, KPIs and outcomes
Contribute to school‑wide planning and resource decisions
Family relationships
Serve as senior ambassador for the school with prospective families
Lead high‑level admissions consultations with a personalised approach
Ensure every interaction reflects care, transparency and partnership
Data and reporting
Own CRM governance, forecasting and enrolment trend analysis
Prepare leadership reports that inform strategic decisions
Track conversion data to continuously improve pipeline performance
Cross‑functional collaboration
Partner with Marketing to align outreach, campaigns and brand
Work with Academic and Admin teams on placement and onboarding
Represent admissions at open days, events and leadership forums
What We Are Looking For ESSENTIAL
5+ years in admissions, enrolment or international education leadership
Proven experience with international and multicultural communities
Excellent written and spoken English (Italian and other languages a strong asset)
Strong CRM proficiency and data‑driven decision‑making
PREFERRED
Experience in international schools, IB or comparable curricula
Background in education marketing or customer experience
Familiarity with accreditation, visa procedures and qualification recognition
Demonstrated admissions forecasting and strategic planning track record
