What will your day look like?

You will support the Aon Life Solution team within STG, a group of experienced consultants in actuarial topics who advise leading (re)insurance companies in the Italian and international markets, with a particular focus on:

• Supporting the Actuarial Function and Risk departments in the day‑to‑day reporting activities typical of life insurance companies
• Identifying strategic solutions for the insurance business: new product development, market entry strategies, benchmarking analyses
• M&A activities
• Operational activities related to the identification, analysis, and quantification of risks arising from binding and/or voluntary regulatory requirements
• Managing relationships and interactions with various internal stakeholders and with Aon Group’s key clients, and contributing to the preparation of materials and commercial proposals
• Implementing and managing actuarial models based on the latest technologies (GPU)

What skills and experience are required?

• 5–7 years of experience in life insurance companies or actuarial consulting firms
• A degree preferably in one of the following areas:
• Actuarial and statistical sciences
• Finance and markets
• Mathematical sciences
• Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Programming skills in Python, C++, R, VBA
• Excellent command of English
• A second/third language is considered a plus
• Initiative, strong organizational skills and proactivity, relationship‑building and problem‑solving orientation, and the ability to multitask
