Senior Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist to join our Administration team, with the goal of strengthening the company’s accounting and tax management, actively contributing to process efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex project contracts to assess their accounting and tax implications;
• Supervise and record incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
• Manage year-end closing operations and intercompany reconciliations in collaboration with the Finance team;
• Process and record bank transactions and accounting entries;
• Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax obligations;
• Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
• Excellent knowledge of VAT regulations;
• Knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC);
• Good command of English (required);
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
• Preferably familiar with accounting software, especially SAP;
• Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks independently.
