Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with solid experience in the home appliance industry to support our Italy entity.

This role requires a hands‑on professional who is comfortable managing daily accounting operations while coordinating with external consultants and supporting business activities in a fast‑growing environment.

Accounting Operations

• Handle daily accounting activities (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations)
• Process invoices, payments, and expense controls
• Perform accounting entries and adjustments in SAP (or similar systems)
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Tax & Compliance

• Coordinate with external tax advisors (commercialista/CDL) for:
• VAT filings and statutory reporting
• Corporate tax and compliance matters
• Manage vendor master data and support payment workflows
• Ensure timely and compliant payments

Banking & Treasury

• Liaise with banks for daily operations and transactions
• Support cash flow tracking and payment execution

Reporting & Internal Support

• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Support HQ reporting and internal audits
• Assist in contract review and financial‑related business processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of accounting experience in Italy
• Must have experience in the home appliance / HVAC / consumer electronics industry
• Solid understanding of Italian accounting and tax regulations
• Experience working with external accounting firms
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused
• Fluent in Italian and English

This is a hands‑on role involving daily accounting tasks (not purely supervisory)
