About the Role Are you a meticulous financial expert who loves turning complex data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights?
At Felia, we are looking for a proactive Senior Accounting Specialist to be the backbone of our finance team. In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you will drive daily financial operations, optimize our processes, and ensure flawless statutory compliance.

What You Will Do
- Master the General Ledger: Own daily bookkeeping with a strategic focus on cost center accounting and analytical dimensions.
- Drive Financial Reporting: Play a crucial role in preparing monthly/quarterly group closings and Year-End Financial Statements (Local GAAP/IFRS).
- Ensure Flawless Compliance: Expertly manage VAT calculations, professional withholding tax ( Ritenute d’Acconto ), and ensure all statutory filings are executed smoothly and on time.
- Lead Reconciliations & Audits: Oversee ledger account controls and inter-company matching, acting as the trusted primary point of contact for external and Statutory Auditors.
- Innovate Our Systems: Be at the forefront of our digital evolution by supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP modules (e-invoicing, order management, etc.).
- Manage Corporate Assets: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and guarantee that all mandatory corporate books and social registers are perfectly up to date.
What You Bring to the Table
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: A strong, successful track record in a similar senior accounting role within a structured corporate environment.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with ERP systems ( Oracle NetSuite experience is a major plus!).
- Regulatory Expertise: A deep, up-to-date understanding of local tax regulations, compliance, and accounting standards.
- The Right Attitude: You are an analytical thinker with extreme attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of meeting strict fiscal deadlines without breaking a sweat.
