Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Milan for a Senior Account Manager at EVOLUTION DOING Srl. The Senior Account Manager will manage and grow client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high client satisfaction. They will oversee project timelines, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs, and identify opportunities for account expansion. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, addressing client queries, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and client projects.
Qualifications
- Account management and client relationship skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and planning skills for identifying growth opportunities and aligning client goals with company capabilities
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to assess client needs and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for account management and reporting
- Familiarity with the industry and ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or agency setting
