SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IN THE NETHERLANDS
Descrizione profilo: EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is seeking a Senior Account Executive, an interesting and challenging role, for an innovative European company with a core focus at sustainability within the Agrifood sector.
Mansione: The company is ambitious and expanding rapidly and is looking for a Senior Account Executive - Europe. Your experience and network as a Senior Trader within the Agri-Food B2B will have a direct impact on their business and goals.
The company wants to make global agricultural supply chains more transparent and compliant with upcoming and existing regulations (like EUDR). Operating at the intersection of agri-food trading and sustainable accountability, the company helps major players in food and agriculture trace and validate the origin of their commodities, enabling responsible sourcing at scale.
As Senior Account Executive - Europe, your commercial drive will be responsible for acquiring new relationships and expanding current within the Agrifood. This position suits an entrepreneurial commercial professional with a strong B2B background in food or agri-commodities trading. Your understanding of trading dynamics, supply chains (routes) and sustainability drivers will make you successful.
Key Results
- Revenue & Account Growth: Deliver measurable commercial results through consultative selling and long-term partnerships.
- Market Development: Expand presence across European markets by engaging food manufacturers, traders, and processors.
- Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with commercial and sustainability decision-makers, translating technical data into clear business value.
- Teamwork: you will work directly with sales support, back office and a project team. They will help you before, during and after creating a new relationship.
- Sustainability Impact: Contribute to responsible sourcing and carbon-reduction initiatives within global food supply chains.
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, or Food & Agri-related studies.
- 6+ years of commercial B2B experience, preferably in food ingredients, agri commodities or supply chain trading.
- Commodity knowledge and network within Soja, Nuts, Grain, Cocoa are a plus.
- Understanding of sustainability, compliance, or carbon-related topics (EUDR knowledge is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate multi-year agreements.
- Strong communication skills in English are important. German, French, Italian or Greek as a second language is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing international environment.
- Working from home (remote) is not an option.
- Based in the Netherlands, with the flexibility to travel occasionally within Europe.

Work Conditions
- Salary Indication: 75.000 - 95.000 euro gross a year, including holiday allowance, excluding bonus (uncapped)
- Dutch employment contract
