In this role you will drive growth for Honeywell Sensing & Solutions by managing and expanding relationships with key accounts and channel partners in Italy. You will define sales strategies, leverage product knowledge to articulate value, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to win new business. The role sits at the intersection of engineering and sales, enabling you to shape customized sensing solutions for OEMs. You will work from a home office with a Milano‑area base and travel up to 30% as needed. Identify and build relationships with Key Accounts/End Users to grow Honeywell demand Develop account plans and aligned strategic initiatives Collaborate with Regional Distribution Manager to create new business opportunities via channel partners Train and develop new opportunities with Field Application Engineers and Offering Management Provide accurate and timely forecasts and maintain data integrity in the CRM Report weekly on opportunities and monitor sales KPIs and incentives Articulate value propositions by understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions Manage momentum through the full sales cycle and build executive relationships Responsabilità

Bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum 5 years of B2B account management in manufacturing/OEM with high added‑value solutions Experience with Key Accounts Understanding of multi‑channel routes (Channel, Distribution, Direct) Excellent sales acumen and relationship‑building skills Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Experience using Salesforce (or similar) Native Italian speaker and fluent in English Willingness to travel up to 30% Requisiti fondamentali
