Our innovative new client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Equipment and Facilities Manager to take technical and operational ownership of a start-up cleanroom fab developing new photonic process concepts. The role will involve being a hands-on leader keeping the fab running safely and reliably, as well as coordinating equipment installation, qualification, modification and relocation. Leading a small team of technicians will be part of the role. Being on-site in Pisa is a critical part to the role.
Required skills for the Semiconductor Equipment and Facilities Manager will include:
- Strong knowledge of the semiconductor clean-room / fab environment
- Semiconductor equipment background
- Familiarity with risk analysis and FMEA methodologies
- Good leadership and communications skills (English and Italian)
- Degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
