Position Summary: We are looking for a Security & Safety Supervisor who will report directly to the Director of Engineering, providing operational and administrative support in the areas of Security, Safety, and Procedures. The candidate will work cross-functionally with hotel departments, with a strong collaboration with the Engineering Department, focusing on procedure compliance, reporting, data entry, access control, and on-site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of reports;
• Data entry and management of safety and security data and documentation;
• Verification of compliance with operational and safety procedures;
• Hotel inspections to ensure that environments, equipment, and materials are compliant;
• Support for risk prevention activities;
• Management and control of access keys (issuance, tracking, recording, and verification of proper use);

Requirements

• Knowledge of the hospitality industry or previous experience in hotel settings;
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations;
• Precision, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
• Good computer skills and experience with data entry;
• Proficiency in the English language;
