WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . As a Security Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering cybersecurity initiatives that safeguard the organization. You will oversee projects spanning governance and the adoption of advanced security technologies, ensuring that every initiative is aligned with business objectives. Your leadership will be key to translating complex security requirements into actionable, measurable outcomes.
• Technologies . You will manage projects that leverage cutting edge security solutions, including Incident Response capabilities, SIEM platforms, Extended Detection and Response (XDR) tools, and Threat Intelligence systems. By coordinating their successful implementation and integration, you will help the organization strengthen its overall security posture while ensuring these technologies deliver tangible value to operations.
• Team work . Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional technical teams, and external vendors to drive security initiatives forward and ensure timely delivery. In addition, you will engage with both Red and Blue Teams to align strategies, validate defenses through testing, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in security processes and practices.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Valuable expertise . 1–3 years of experience in project management roles within the cybersecurity domain. You should have a solid understanding of security governance, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Nice to have . Relevant project management and security-related certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
• Soft skills . We prioritize soft skills that foster successful project delivery and collaboration: leadership, effective communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, and a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
