    • Security Operations Center Manager - SOC Manager -
    • to join its Italian Information Security Team.
    • The role
    • As part of the Security Operations Center, you will play a key role in helping customers monitor, detect, respond to, and remediate threats effectively.

    • Your missions
    • You will help define and improve security strategies, managing the security program with the Security as a Service (SECaaS) organization.
    • You will oversee the SECaaS service through appropriate governance: COPIL, technical committees, security committees, reporting, service reviews, etc.
    • You will adapt and develop services to meet client requirements.
    • You will manage communication with clients, teams, and partners.
    • You will contribute to the development of mySOC services and offerings.
    • Business development activities: showcase company services, measure customer satisfaction, and track actions.
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • 10+ years of technical security experience, including 5+ years leading cyber incident response teams or security operations within large organizations.
    • Operational rigor with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex incidents.
    • Strong understanding of incident response processes, workflows, communication, and reporting.
    • Knowledge of digital cybersecurity and data privacy laws (ISO, PDIS, NIS, PASSI, PRIS, etc.).
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and customer relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in English and Italian (mandatory).
