Security Officer

Post Location : Denver, CO 80224

Schedule : Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour

Requirements : Must have a current Colorado guard card, a valid driver's license, be over 21 years old, and able to pass a background and driver's check.

Position Summary : A Signal Dedicated Officer will conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas to ensure all access points are properly secured and to protect property and residents. All duties listed below are minimum requirements; additional duties are outlined in the site's Post Orders.

• Responsibilities :
• Conduct and deliver services reflecting company values and site-specific instructions.
• Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology during each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow dress code, and meet all standards.
• Interact with internal and external customers to provide peace of mind.
• Report customer or property concerns promptly to the supervisor.
• Care for assigned equipment, including radios, keys, vehicles, etc.
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Manage daily activities to meet benchmarks and expectations.
• Communicate with the supervisor regarding client needs and post order changes.

• Minimum Requirements :
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Complete training modules within the first month
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
