PHILIPP PLEIN - SEASONAL SHOWROOM SALES ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a high-impact Wholesale & Showroom Sales professional to reinforce the commercial team during the Fall/Winter 2026 market, based in our Milan showroom from January 15 to March 15. This position is critical to achieving global sales targets, as it relies on a deep understanding of international markets and key industry players to maximize commercial opportunities.


• Actively manage showroom appointments in close collaboration with the sales team.


• Present collections with a strong commercial mindset, directly managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through order finalization.


•Build, nurture, and leverage long-term client relationships, ensuring all client needs are met in line with brand standards and business expectations.


•Maintain and continuously optimize the client database to enable effective follow-ups and pipeline development.


•Drive performance against company objectives, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and missed commercial opportunities.


• Deliver accurate daily sales reports, providing actionable insights on brand and market performance.


Requirements:

•Minimum 5 years of experience in Fashion Wholesale

•Deep understanding of retail business dynamics and international markets.

•Proven analytical capability with solid reporting skills and commercial acumen.

•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under market pressure.

•Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
