We are recruiting a new

Seasonal Client Advisor

in

Florence .

Key Responsibilities

Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of their desires, needs and expectations.

Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in‑store experience at all times.

Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.

Create a long‑term authentic bond with clients, making them feel the experience is truly about them.

Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.

Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.

Be proactively engaged in cross‑selling with all departments, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Prove strong brand and product knowledge.

Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Contribute to a high level of security, attentive to prevent product theft, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.

Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up‑to‑date with new fashion trends and competitors.

Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.

Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand‑crafted experience to achieve the best sales performance.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in sales roles is a plus.

Experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus.

Passionate about retail, client service and commercial mindset.

Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.

Strong communication skills.

Willingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.

Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Strong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and execution.

Compensation & Level

CCNL Commercio, Level 5°-4°

Salary range (gross annual): €23.241,12 - €26.000,00

Variable incentive plan: from 0.6% to 1.8% of individual sales
