Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn in Italy seeks a Researcher to analyze single-nucleus RNA sequencing datasets to characterize post-metamorphic cell types and investigate their developmental dynamics. The project includes generating cell type–specific bulk ATAC-seq datasets from pre- and post-metamorphic sea urchin stages. Using HCR-ISH and IHC, the candidate will validate and spatially map cell types, while live imaging and transgenic approaches trace origins and lineage relationships.
