SDR Team Lead - DACH Market

At Factorial, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative Team Lead for the Italian Market to help us take the company to the next level!

The Role

• Help in the recruitment and training process of new SDRs.
• Manage the team of SDRs in the Italian market.
• Make decisions based on key KPIs to boost your team’s productivity.
• Support your team in reaching their goals through ongoing sales training and skill development.
• Motivate your team and provide constant feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, Marketing & Partner Managers on unified account prospecting strategies.
• Create a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work.
• Maintain consistency in hitting individual and team MRR and demo targets.
• Work with Sales Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement proper techniques and tools training.
• Provide feedback on team operations in collaboration with AEs, Team Leaders, and the Sales Director.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a B2B sales manager.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proactiveness and motivation.
• Lead by example with strong sales capabilities and goal achievement.
• Passionate about technology and sales.
• Knowledge of the HR industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of HubSpot is a strong advantage.
