Job Description

We are looking for an
ADMISSIONS PROFESSIONAL
for our SDA Bocconi Guidance, Recritment & Admissions Office.
The overall goal is running the rigorous selection and admissions processes for the Master Programs offered by SDA Bocconi, guaranteeing candidates a professional yet welcoming touchpoint while managing all steps and procedures in an effective, punctual and precise way.
The person will be in charge of:
- Managing the selection process (procedures+interviews) for the entrusted Masters
- Carrying administrative admissions activities
- Supporting orientation activities
- Dealing with candidates and companies
- Actively cooperating with Masters Directors for all matters involved with the admissions of candidates
- Being the interface with all internal stakeholders for all matters involved with the admissions to the entrusted Masters
- Producing analysis and reports on admissions activities and suggesting innovation
- Interviewing candidates and evaluating candidates’ profile;
- Verifying and evaluating documentation and prerequisites for Master candidates; operational support in organizing and conducting the selection; operational activities linked to final assessments and communicating the outcomes to candidates; enrollment assistance;
- Running administrative admissions activities;
- Managing student registration, waivers and reimbursements; handling economic stimulus packages (exemptions, scholarships and loans);
- Contributing to orientation activities (in synergy with and support to the Recruiting Team);
- Supporting the Recruiting Team in providing information to prospects
- Degree;
- At least 6⁄8 years of prior experience, in the field of selection and recruiting ; preferably at a university, administering students/alumni/faculty services; international exposure and/or prior experience at a research institute or HR recruitment/consulting company;
- Familiarity with the dynamics of the work world and professional careers (acquired through consulting, orientation, recruiting activity in a business organization or service company);
- Knowledge of work methods for consulting and an ability to understand the needs of stakeholders;
- International experience studying/working/living abroad (at least one year);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly-expanding environment;
- Flexible, positive attitude and a youthful mindset;
- Excellent English and Italian.
(3 days in office + up to 2 in smart working, after 1 month).
