  • Maintain and improve Agile processes, including CI/CD and release flow alignment.
• JIRA Administration
  • Configure and maintain JIRA workflows and team tracking processes.
• Performance Monitoring
  • Track team performance using Agile metrics and delivery KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience leading Agile delivery across large, distributed teams.
• Strong experience in backlog refinement and prioritization techniques.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• SDLC Knowledge
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
• JIRA Expertise
  • Experience configuring and managing JIRA environments.
• Strong focus on Agile best practices and process optimization.
• Experience identifying and managing project risks effectively.
