SCRUM MASTER & PRODUCT OWNER

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer:
an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry. RAL 34.000€ - 36.000€.

We are looking for a Scrum Master and Product Owner with a background in Agile methodologies and a passion for enabling high-performing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving digital initiatives by facilitating collaboration between design engineers and software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives);
  
• support cross-functional teams in developing digital solutions for engineering and manufacturing;
  
• collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, quality) to gather requirements and align priorities;
  
• work closely with Project Managers and Team Leaders to define strategic plans and ensure alignment with business goals;
  
• assist Product Owners in backlog management, user story definition, and prioritization;
  
• track and report progress, risks, and impediments to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields;
  
• experience as aScrum Master in complex industrial or tech environments;
  
• understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
  
• proven experience in digital transformation projects;
  
• strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  
• proficiency with Agile tools (Rally, Confluence, Aha!, etc);
  
• fluent in English (written and spoken).
