Shakers is partnering with a structured client in the Financial Services sector to hire a Scrum Master for a 6–12 month freelance engagement.
You will support Agile teams delivering digital initiatives within a regulated, enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on facilitation, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to foster Agile maturity beyond process compliance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
- Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
- Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement and delivery focus
- Support Agile culture within a structured corporate context
Requirements
- Proven experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework
- Experience in Financial Services / regulated environments (highly valued)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Good level of English
